One Minute Reviews - Kate Spade Twirl

I was going through all my perfume samples I have received over the years from places like Sephora, and thought it might be a cool idea to do basically mini reviews about them. I say mini reviews because 1- I am not very good at talking about scents and 2- because everyone's body chemistry is different I don't want to make these too long because that just seems silly to me.

Notes : Pink watermelon, red currant, blackberry, orange blossom, star jasmine, tiare flower, magnolia, glittering musk and french cookies (Macarron).

  • After reading though all their notes I settled on testing out Twirl by Kate Spade. Just before I ran out the door for work today I spritzed it.
  • Eh seems ok. My allergies are acting up this morning so I am not sure if this will make them worse. Its really, chemical smelling? Then again, a lot of the commercial perfumes that I have tried have -that- smell.
  • It was kinda strong in the car, it doesn't smell bad, its not the normal scent to me.
  • I am sniffing my arm at work, it smells nice enough, but I don't know if this is a fragrance that I would really wear. I am unsure if it really fits me and I don't know if I will even use up the whole tester.

In conclusion: I always get sucked in by the awesome sounds notes, but always get disappointed in the lack of delivery. I feel like I can't pick out any of the notes which is something I really enjoy doing with the oils I have used.

Everyday is an adventure.
