Darling Girl Cosmetics Swatches Part 1 - Darling Ghoul Halloween

Today I want to share with you part of my first purchase from Darling Girl Cosmetics. I picked up twelve shadows, half of them are from the Halloween collection. If you would like to see part two of the swatches, click here! I know its a bit late to be talking about Halloween but it doesn't make the shadows any less lovely.

Zombody to Love- sheer blackened navy with gold reflect
Crypt Keeper- blackened antique gold
Bats in the Belfry- deep murky brown with a kind of olive green undertone and sprinkles of multicolored green glitter. Fairly low sheen and on the metallic side
Pumpkin Eater- pumpkin orange with loads of green iridescence
Jack's Lantern- deep black base with a  fiery red/orange shift. This combination looks like a blackened purple especially when foiled
Candy Corn- blend of orange, chocolate brown and holographic glitters. So amazingly awesome as an eyeliner!

Bottom- Pumpkin Eater, Candy  Corn, Crypt Keeper

These are my first Darling Girl eye shadows and honestly, I cannot believe I waited so long to try these out. They are absolutely wonderful. I love the colors and the texture is great. My favorite has to be Jack's Lantern. It is truly beautiful. The red and orange shadow mixed with blackened purple, just cannot be beat. It is just so complex and beautiful.

What do you think of these colors? What is your favorite Darling Girl eyeshadow?

  1. Great swatches! I just used Mystique as an eyeshadow and fell in love with it! It's technically a Spectral Shift but it makes an awesome shadow too! I could even see the delicate pink shift in my makeup photos :D
