Too Faced Series - Natural Eye Neutral Eye Shadow Collection

This is the second installment of my Too Faced Series. The Natural Eye palette is also full of nudes. The difference between this and the Naked Eye palette is that these colors are much more saturated and some are darker.

Swatches

Top - (Day) Heaven, Velvet Revolver, Sexpresso
Middle -  (Classic) Silk Teddy, Push-Up, Erotica
Bottom - (Fashion) Nude Beach, Honey Pot, Cocoa Puff

This palette has a lot of warm shimmery and glittery shadows. I really love the richness in the colors. I also feel like you would wear any of these shadows combined and always look classy and elegant. I honestly forgot how pretty some of these shadows are. Looking at Erotica in the pan, it doesnt look like much, but swatched here, I think I will start using it more!

What do you think of this palette? Do you like the colors in this one? Do you own this palette?
Do you think there is such as thing as too many nude-ish palette?

Too Faced Series: Naked Eye Soft & Sexy Eye Shadow Collection

Today is a start of a series of Too Faced palettes. I do not have the three newest ones yet, and may only pick up one, if any. I am starting to run out of room in my apartment! I want to share with you the first palette I ever bought from Two Faced. I was on a serious neutral kick, and I had no idea what I was doing with makeup at all. Enter a foolproof palette for beginners: The Naked Eye!

Top -(Day) In The Buff, Pillow Talk, Like A Virgin
Middle - (Classic) Birthday Suit, Satin Sheets, Unmentionables
Bottom - (Fashion) Pink Cheeks, Lap Dance, Stiletto

What is so great about this palette is the versatility as well as ease of use. The shadows are easy to blend and rather pigmented. This makes is easy for someone just learning how to use eyeshadows effectively. Not only are the shadows wonderful, but it comes with three cards that show you simple looks and gives you step by step instructions on how to create the look. Once you are comfortable with these techniques, and shadows, you will probably feel comfortable to mix and match within the palette. Every single color in this palette goes with every other color. It makes for a no brainer, beautiful, fuss-free look. This is also great to travel with as you can do many different looks for many different occasions. The only complaint I have about Too Faced is some of that shadows have very chunky glitter that irritates my eye.

What do you think of this palette? Do you like Too Faced? What was your first product from them?
Do you use the cards enclosed? Or make up your own look?

Cheeky

I like Boy Crazy but I am not sure if I could wear it as a blush. Maybe I could contour with it?  Man Candy is very pigmented and a little goes a long way. She-bop is actually more orange than I  expect and I am not sure how often I will use it. I really love Pixie and Cheeky I think they will get the most use.

What do you think of these blushes? Do you own any Darling Girl blushes?
What would you suggest I try next?

Sleek Bad Girl Eyeshadow Palette Swatches

I am not going to ramble too much today. I just wanted to share with you my last Sleek product, their Bad Girl eyeshadow palette. (I also have the Oh So Special Palette, Lace and Sugar blush palettes)

 Swatches

Top - Innocence, Gullible, Blade, Gun Metal, Underground, Noir
Bottom - Intoxicated, Envy, Obnoxious, Abyss, Twilight, Rebel

You may be surprised to see this palette on my blog. I don't blame you. I do not do a lot of dark looks, for multiple reasons. I have had issues finding a use for my Kat Von D Metal Orchestra palette, as well as the Sinner palette. So why did I buy this? I saw swatches and fell in love with a few of the shadows. I love Rebel. It is the main reason I picked this up. I really like all of the colors, and feel that they can indeed work together great. It seems like a nice going out type of look palette. I love that you get two different types of each color. You will either get a matte and a shimmer or two different tones. It really is a neat concept. I may not use this palette often, but I think it contains some wonderful staple colors for a very sexy smoky eye look.

What do you think of this palette? How would you pair some of these colors?
Do you wear darker colors often? Do you believe that some of these shadows are staples? (ie. a good black, highlighter, etc)

theBalm The Balm Girls Lipstick - Immagoodkisser Swatches

Today I have an old swatch for you. As far as I can tell this is still for sale so I do not feel bad about how late this post is. I purchased this a while ago from Haute Look. This is a very pretty shade and I think anyone could wear it. theBalm's website says it is a soft shimmering coral. I agree.

Swatched

This is a wonderful lipstick. It has a sweet scent to it and a pretty sheen. I don't normally like a lot of sheen in lip products, as I have been obsessing with a mostly matte finish. This color is just gorgeous. I am sure anyone could wear.

What do you think about this lipstick? Do you have any favorite theBalm products?
(I ordered the Nude'tude palette from hautelook so a review of that will be on its way soon)

Sleek Blush by 3 Lace Palette Swatches

Here is the second of my two Sleek blush palettes. I already showed you Sugar yesterday so now it is time to see Lace.

Crochet

This is definitely my favorite of all the blush palettes. These colors seem best suited to pale skin. It also seems tailored to my specifications. I love corals which is the base of these colors. One is more orange (Chantilly), one is shimmery (guipure) and one is more pink (crochet). They are all just very lovely. Also in case anyone else was curious, guipure is a heavy, large-patterned decorative lace.

What do you think of these blushes?
How would you wear Guipure? I am stumped.
